New survey finds that workers are fed up with being forced into the office
A recent survey by payroll provider ADP found that worker demands for flexibility and security are growing more intense. They surveyed nearly 33,000 people worldwide and found that two-thirds of workers might seek new jobs if forced to unnecessarily return to the office full time. They also found that half of workers were only somewhat or not at all satisfied with their current job due to issues such as hours worked, location, and stress. The ADP survey concluded, “The pandemic has sparked a rethink of priorities and workers are signaling a willingness to walk away if employers don't meet their standards on a variety of fronts.”
