Amazon is getting a hearing after filing complaints from the NYC warehouse union vote
Amazon is contesting the landmark union election that took place at a company warehouse in New York City, citing 25 claims that have the potential to invalidate the election’s outcome. Amazon claims that the NLRB's Brooklyn office showed clear support for the union drive, and they alleged that labor organizers intimidated workers into voting yes for the union. Amazon has secured a case transfer to the NLRB's Phoenix region and testimony will begin May 23rd.
