Survey reveals Gen Z and millennial sentiment around workplace mental heath efforts
According to Deloitte's 2022 Gen Z and millennial survey, many of these workers are feeling that their employers are talking more about mental health but with little meaningful impact. The survey uncovered that nearly half of Gen Z workers and 38% of millennials reported feeling stressed all or most of the time. Although, one in four millennials and one in five Gen Z workers say that they don't think that their employers take burnout seriously or adequately work to address it. Deloitte's global deputy CEO and chief people & purpose officer said, “At least we've started to have a conversation, but that's not enough and we need to do more.”
