Experts predict workplace trends in 2023 to focus on greater pay transparency, hiring slowdowns, and upskilling managers
Since the pandemic, there have been many changes to the workplace and people's relationships with work. Some experts predict more changes to occur in 2023, such as hiring slowdowns to balance out the record highs in employment. Additionally, stress and burnout have been affecting managers more acutely than the employees they oversee, which has contributed to larger retention issues. Finally, it has also been predicted that pay transparency will become the norm in the corporate workplace as more US cities and states adopt such legislation.
