As artificial intelligence like ChatGPT is on the rise in the workplace, employers must contend with how to protect their confidential information
Artificial intelligence has been seeping into the American workplace with the rise of ChatGPT and other technologies that some employees have been using to assist their work. As a result, companies will have to adapt and decide how to approach security measures for AI in the workplace. One suggestion is for companies to license an existing AI program so employees are not using a public chatbot with confidential work information. Another suggestion is for companies to develop their own ChatGPT in order to protect the information being fed into it, while still allowing employee access to the efficiency benefits of AI technology.
