Companies are using AI agents to complete repetitive tasks, despite shortfalls that currently exist with these tools
AI tools have significantly developed over the past year, and more and more organizations are beginning to implement these tools to complete tasks. Start-ups have begun integrating Anthropic, an AI service that checks code for potential bugs, and companies have stated that oftentimes these tools are more efficient and accurate than human workers. Anthropic also released a new AI service this week that allows AI to take over a user’s computer and complete repetitive tasks. This new service is being labeled as an “AI agent”, which can click, type and browse on a computer with minimal to no supervision. The purpose of AI agents is to increase the productivity of human workers and streamline various processes. However, AI agents can still make mistakes and have issues with clicking and dragging on a computer by itself.
