A former Netflix employee has filed a lawsuit alleging she was fired for raising concerns about discrimination and sexual harassment by two of her supervisors. Nhu-Y Phan claims she repeatedly reported inappropriate conduct by senior staff but was terminated despite receiving strong performance reviews. Her complaint outlines alleged retaliation, including being excluded from key projects and meetings. Netflix denies the allegations and says it will defend the case in court.
