A recent report highlights widespread noncompliance among Central Florida-based union avoidance consultants who fail to submit required federal financial disclosures. These “persuaders” are paid large sums to discourage workers from unionizing but often operate without transparency. Despite laws requiring disclosure, enforcement has been weak, leaving workers unaware of the tactics being used against them.
