Kheel Archives
The Kheel Center for Labor-Management Documentation & Archives preserves and makes available unique and rare historical materials relevant to the history of American workers, organized labor, and management practice and theory as they apply to workplace relations. Access Services
The access services department of the Martin P. Catherwood Library provides support for the ILR School community both through the circulation of books and other items in our collections, and by providing course reserve support to faculty and students. Collection Development
The Martin P. Catherwood Library’s collection consists of material, in print, microform and electronic formats, on all aspects of the employment relationship. It is especially strong in the areas of collective bargaining, human resource management, international and comparative industrial relations, labor economics, labor/labor union history and the legal aspects of the employment relationship. Research and Learning Services
The Research and Learning Services department of the Martin P. Catherwood Library supports labor and employment research by providing reference support and library instruction to the ILR School and Cornell University community, and others interested in workplace issues.
