MagicLab encouraged to reevaluate workplace policies following sexual harassment claims
Following sexual harassment allegations, MagicLab, the parent company of Bumble hired an employment law firm to investigate such claims and make recommendations. The British law firm has concluded its investigation and stated that MagicLab should make a number of changes to its workplace policies in order to better its work environment. The firm has accepted all of the recommendations and its CEO is being replaced by the co-founder and CEO of Bumble, a dating app which aims to empower women.
