An internal memo circulated on Tuesday outlined corporate restructuring to Time Warner?s Turner network in the coming months. The company could face layoffs if the 550 buyouts it plans to offer are not accepted. It is reported that these layoffs could range from 15 to 20 percent of the network?s 13,000 employees. CNN, HLN and TBS are several of the networks who could face layoffs in the coming months.
