Workers are joining a class action suit against restaurant company Darden Restaurants. The lawsuit began in Illinois, and includes workers from Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington D.C. and New York. The employees say that the company has violated the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Civil Rights Act and state and local labor standards. The company says that they do not believe that their employees' claims are valid, and that they will investigate them.
