Portland announced their vaccine mandate for city employees on Monday and was met by a public outcry. A city accountant sent out a call to action to the entire city’s employee list. She said the vaccine was deadly, that God was on her side, called elected officials evil, and announced that she will be fighting the mandate. The next day the city’s chief human resources officer told employees that they are not allowed to send messages to the full city email contact list as it violates HR rules. The woman claims that she has 200 people who have asked to join her in her fight against the city.
