A new regard for ethics on the job
Recent high-profile corporate scandals have made ethics on the job increasingly important. According to the Business Roundtable Institute for Corporate Ethics, businesses are very concerned with restoring public trust. Experts say that companies must create an institutionalized ethical culture and make sure that top executives set a good example for all other employees.
