A Newly Profitable Toyota is Leaving Japan Behind
This week, the Japanese based company Toyota announced that it would spend approximately 1.4 billion next year on new plants that will be built in Mexico and China. Last year, the company reported profits of 18 billion. This announcement was negatively received by the Japanese government which has been trying to rebuild the country's economy for the past year.
