Actors Weigh Strike Over Video Game Voices
Video game voice actors will decide over the next two weeks whether to call a strike against their game publishers after talks broke down earlier this month. Citing the growing popularity of video games, two actors' unions have demanded that they receive a portion of game profits, rather than an up-front fee. Industry experts maintain that the voice actors have little leverage, as they are easily replaceable.
