Part-time faculty members of Ithaca College have been collecting cards to hold a union election for quite some time now. The faculty only need to collect signatures from 30% of the adjunct faculty, although they are hoping to get over 50%. The adjuncts employed by Ithaca College have not seen a salary increase in over five years now.
