AFL-CIO Targets 'Excessive' CEO Pay
The AFL-CIO has targeted six companies in its quest to bring attention to the issue of excessive chief executive pay. The labor organization had proposed resolutions aimed at reforming executive compensation for 140 companies. These resolutions would give shareholders more control over executive pay.
