Airline workers demand fair treatment
Airline workers are tired and are putting pressure on companies like Delta and American Airlines to pay them a living wage and support their right to unionize. The charge for the Good Airports pledge is being led by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU). The SEIU’s data reveled that 64% of airline workers in the U.S. are people of color and make on average 42% less than their white peers.
