AK Steel, Locked-Out Union Set Talks
AK Steel and the locked-out union at its Middletown Works plant said Friday they will return to the bargaining table on Friday afternoon. The session will be the third since the company locked out the Armco Employees Independent Federation's nearly 2,700 workers after the old contract expired at midnight February 28. Salaried employees and replacement workers have been running the plant since that time.
