Amazon alleges ALU interference in recent union election win, calls for a re-vote
On Friday, Amazon called for a re-vote of the union election that won out at a New York City warehouse where they voted in favor of unionizing. Amazon claims that the Amazon Labor Union suppressed turnout, intimidated workers, and distributed marijuana to win votes. In response to the allegations, the vice president of the ALU denied these claims and said the company is trying to “demean our character and undermine our efforts.”
