Amazon lifts their mask requirement for vaccinated workers
In May Amazon removed their mask mandate for vaccinated workers and then reinstated their policy in August and once again they are removing the mandate. Starting today, vaccinated operations workers at Amazon will no longer be required to wear masks. Workers will still have to wear face masks if mandated by federal, state, or local regulations. Their notice sent to employees stated that “Vaccines are universally available across the US, and vaccination rates continue to rise, which enables the ability to return to our previous mask policy.”
