Amazon workers in Leipzig vote to strike
Amazon employees at a distribution center in Germany have voted to go on strike over higher wages. The strike is expected to take place in the next few weeks. The company recently came under fire for its treatment of foreign workers in another German facility. The union is criticizing the company for refusing to sign onto a better wage agreement, while Amazon says that their wages are commensurate with the market rate.
