American Airlines agents begin voting on union
Customer service agents at American Airlines have begun voting in a union representation election. About 9,700 workers will vote in the election whether to be represented by the Communication Workers of America. The union said that the company, which attempted to block the vote in court, was denying some workers the right to vote, while the company says that it is trying to give more people the right to vote. The results will be announced on January 15.
