American Airlines to lay out cuts to unions
After filing for bankruptcy, American Airlines' parent company will meet with the airline's unions to talk about cuts. The company said that part of the reason for the bankruptcy was high labor costs. Workers could lose pension benefits, as well as jobs themselves. Unions say that they will negotiate with the company to protect their members.
