Angry Job Applicants Can Hurt Bottom Line
According to a new study, negative experiences for job applicants can hurt a company. Applicants said that they were not treated with respect and that they did not feel as though the company valued them. The study combined responses from job applicants with other statistics to calculate the loss companies face form disgruntled job applicants, which can add up to millions of dollars.
