Another Delphi Local Votes to OK Strike
Union members at another Delphi Corp. plant have authorized a strike against the auto-parts supplier. The plant in Warren, Ohio, makes automotive wiring harnesses. Delphi filed for bankruptcy in October and wants its unions to agree to lower wages and benefits. Two union chapters at plants in the Dayton area and two others in Mississippi previously voted to approve a strike.
