Apple has increased their benefits for U.S. retail workers to compete in the job-seeker’s market. The increase will include doubling sick days for full-time and part-time employees, increasing vacation days, offering paid parental leave, and giving access to discounted emergency childcare. With this bump full-time retail workers will get 12 paid sick days per year.
