Apple manufacturing plant workers complain of long hours, militant culture
As Apple producer's like Foxconn continue to face scrutiny, workers at the factories say that they are not allowed to talk about working in the factory. Those who do say that conditions are strict, with those who do not obey being punished, and that they are do get sick leave or benefits. Workers say that they are treated like machines. Apple, who recently released a list of suppliers, says that they care about all the workers that make their products, and that they have standards for their suppliers.
