Earlier today, Apple store employees in Atlanta filed an unfair labor practice charge against the company. The union organizing the store, the CWA, alleges that the company violated the National Labor Relations Act by holding captive audience meetings. The company has not made a public statement against or in support of the union, but they have handed out anti-union talking points to store managers.
