At Nasa, women are still facing outdated workplace sexism
NASA is known for its cutting edge technological innovations. But, when it comes to innovation regarding the workplace it seems that NASA is lagging behind. The aero-space industry has made a concerted effort to address gender inequities in the field. Women now hold various high-power positions such as Gwynne Shotwell, the CEO of SpaceX. However, women at NASA and throughout the aero-space field still deal with increasing levels of workplace sexism as the field remains predominantly male.
