At tech firms, time again for flextime?
A number of technology firms are moving away from conventional working schedules and giving employees more flexibility in the way they do their jobs. Programs such as telecommuting and flextime are popular with workers and if implemented correctly can make a company more effective. Research has found that employees with flexibility are more committed to their jobs and more likely to plan on staying with their employer.
