Bad at Their Jobs, and Loving It
A new study found that low performers are often more likely to report enjoying work at their company than middle and high performers. The study suggests that organizations are not asking enough of lower performers, leading them to be more satisfied at work, whereas higher performing employees may work longer hours or on more difficult tasks. Experts say that managers should work to help middle and high performers in order to increase happiness and productivity.
