Valeant Pharmaceuticals International completed the acquisition of Bausch + Lomb's eye care company this Tuesday. The change was accompanied by cutting 400 jobs in their base in Rochester, NY. The Canadian company of Valeant intends to relocate headquarters, and may also then continue their process of downsizing in expected lay-offs.
