Best Buy Commits 44 Million Dollars Toward Diversity Initiatives
Best Buy has announced plans to fill a third of its corporate jobs with people of color over the next five years. The announcement adds Best Buy to a short but continually growing list of companies that have named lofty diversity hiring goals for the 2025, such as Adidas Facebook, Google, Starbucks, and others. . Best Buy also aims to hire women to fill one third of its full-time, store-based positions. The hiring plan is part of a larger $44 million diversity push that the electronics chain announced .
