Boeing machinists union ratifies labor pact
Boeing workers have ratified a four year contract extension with company. The contract will provide that a new version of a plane will be built in Washington, and will likely lead to the end of the International Association of Machinists' claim with National Labor Relations Board. The contract includes yearly pay raises, a no-strike clause and a defined benefit pension plan. The union says that 74% of the workers voted for the contract.
