Brazilians Protest Against the Outsourcing of Jobs
In twelve cities in Brazil, workers went on strike over the news that a proposed law could allow companies to outsource labor. While some of the cities had only 500 workers participating in the strike, the strike at Brazil's capitol involved as many as 3,000 strikers. These strikes were coordinated by the Central Workers Union.
