Brexit is a major political issue that is currently having an effect on hiring practices in the tech industry. Technology recruiters in the U.K. are dealing with uncertain labor and immigration policies as the country officially breaks with the European Union today. Many British tech companies have developed task forces with the goal of managing the issue of possibly losing high-skilled employees due to visa issues.
