British Airways to Hold Talks With Cabin Crew Union
British Airways and Unite, which represents British Airway's cabin crews, will negotiate over staffing levels. British Airways won a court dispute to stop over 13,000 flight attendants from striking over the holidays, which would have disrupted over 1 million people and the airline millions of dollars. Unite officials said that they would like to resolve the dispute through negotiation, but did not rule out calling for another strike. A British Airways spokesmen said that they were also happy to settle the dispute thorough negotiation.
