British Panel Rejects Claim of Sex Bias at Merrill
A British panel has dismissed the sexual discrimination suit filed against Merrill Lynch by former top executive, Stephanie Villalba. Merrill Lynch still faces about 30 sexual discrimination claims in the United States.
