Bumble’s CEO has announced that the company will give all of its employees a paid full week off to help assuage burnout. This vacation will be in addition to their normal vacation time. The company states that they want everyone to shut off and focus on themselves for a week. Another company, Hootsuite, is also giving employees a paid “wellness week” off over the summer.
