Burnout on the rise
According to a new survey, more workers are feeling burned out by their jobs. The survey, which measured stress levels and workplace effects found that two-thirds of those surveyed were highly stressed and extremely fatigued and over half said that they miss one or two days a year due to stress. Experts say that while the economy lost jobs, workers who remained picked up the slack, doing more work with less support.
