Former employees of Carl R. Bieber Inc. have been awarded back wages and benefits. However, it is doubtful that workers will be able to collect what they are owed due to the closure of the bus company. It appears that the bus company had been doing poorly financially for some time and despite the ruling that workers should receive a lump sum, it is unlikely that the firm will be able to follow through. The legal decision provided no information regarding how many employees are entitled to back wages or the amount they should receive.
