The National Labor Relations Board says that it will file a complaint against Calebvision for threatening its workers in the Bronx to stop them from unionizing. The Board says that the company told workers that they would not receive raises and benefits or opportunities for promotion if they voted to unionize. Cablevision says that the complaint is not accurate, and are part of the union's effort to damage the company.
