Caesars Palace plays hardball with dealers, asserts right to tips
Casino dealers for Harrah?s Entertainment, owners of Caesar's Palace, are still without a labor contract, two years after voting to organize. The casino has countered that it is in no legal obligation to sign any agreement, but merely to negotiate.
