A recent study reveals that many lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender workers are unwilling to reveal their sexuality at work. Many fear being discriminated against, passed over for promotion and other forms of homophobia. This article provides an overview for how businesses can create an environment of inclusion and support for LGBT employees.
