Chevron Corp union workers at their Los Angeles refinery have ratified the company’s last, best, and final contract offer. The ratification comes as the San Francisco Bay-area refinery goes into their third day on strike after rejecting the last contract proposal. The two refineries together supply 20% of California’s gasoline.
