Chicago Public Schools negotiation with their teachers’ union continues
Chicago Public Schools have cancelled classes for a 4th day as negotiations continue with the teacher’s union. The Chicago Teachers Union is asking for remote learning and other COVID-19 safety protocols. Chicago’s mayor and Public-School CEO issued a joint statement on Sunday announcing the cancellation of in-person classes today and vowed that negotiations with the union would “continue through the night.”
