Chino warehouse operator ordered to pay workers $1 million in OT
California's state Labor Commissioner has ordered a warehouse company that stores goods for Wal-Mart to pay $1 million in overtime to workers, as well as some penalties. An investigation found that 865 workers were deprived of wages through company policies, and that they were denied lunch and rest breaks. The warehouse company has also been cited for safety violations in the last year.
