On Thursday, Chief Human Resource Officers attended a town hall to hear about best practices for designing return-to-work strategies. Professor Milkman from The Wharton School suggests that companies should think about 3 specific issues; vaccine strategy, transparency, and employee voice. Companies should consider mandating, incentivizing, and encouraging vaccination as well as communicating their plans with empathy and clarity. Professor Milkman also suggests giving employees an outlet to vocalize their opinions about the company’s plans.
